Port Adelaide co-vice-captain Sachi Syme and midfielder Piper Window will both be tested ahead of Sunday's Round 2 clash against Hawthorn.
Syme and Window have successfully returned to training after sustaining a hamstring strain and foot injury respectively during the club's final pre-season hit-out against Adelaide.
Midfielder Ellie Hampson's rehabilitation from a hip injury is progressing well, with the 25-year-old returning to running this week in a significant milestone in her recovery.
Meanwhile, key forward Chloe Gaunt will spend a short period on the sidelines while managing a hip injury sustained at training, while Jasmine Sowden is expected to miss several weeks with a foot injury.
Port Adelaide will host Hawthorn in its first home game of the 2026 NAB AFLW season on Sunday, 23 August, with the first bounce at 4:50pm ACST. Tickets are available now.
