Port Adelaide midfielder Zak Butters has been awarded his third All-Australian blazer following an outstanding year of AFL football.

Butters captained the Power for much of the year with skipper Connor Rozee sidelined, however a syndesmosis injury in Round 18 cut Butters’ season short.

Playing 17 games in 2026, he averaged 29.8 disposals, 12.2 contested possessions and 6.1 clearances.

Tough in the contest and hard at the ball, Butters’ competitive nature and football smarts often make him stand out from the pack.

In a tough year the club from a win-loss perspective, Port Adelaide still had four players selected in the All-Australian squad of 46, recognising the Power’s most exciting talent.

Mitch Georgiades, Aliir Aliir and Jason Horne-Francis were all named in the squad on Monday, just missing out on final team selection.
