Ella Heads will return to the side as the only change following Showdown V, with the Power set to host West Coast at Alberton Oval in the opening week of Pride Round.

Heads returns after serving a three-game suspension and has been named at halfback alongside Molly Brooksby and Cheyenne Hamond.

Fresh off claiming her second consecutive Showdown Medal after recording a game-high 24 disposals, eight tackles, 11 clearances and 323 metres gained, Abbey Dowrick will look to continue her strong form in the midfield alongside Matilda Scholz and Ash Woodland.

Ebony O’Dea, Maria Moloney, Gemma Houghton, Ellie Hampson and Emily Elkington have been named on the interchange, with Hampson set to line up for her third game in Port Adelaide colours.

Originally unveiled in 2025, Port Adelaide will re-wear its Pride guernsey this weekend as part of the opening round of league-wide celebration, reaffirming the club’s commitment to diversity, inclusivity and the strength of community.

The guernsey honours Port Adelaide’s traditional strip while featuring a third chevron filled with a colourful wave pattern inspired by the Progress Pride Flag.

Flowing across the shoulders and back, the design symbolises the flag waving in the wind, with each line bending and blending differently to represent individuality and a shared sense of belonging.

Adding a personal touch, a rainbow on the lower left front of the guernsey features words chosen by the club’s AFLW players.
