THE WESTERN BULLDOGS suffered a heart-breaking nine-point loss to Collingwood in Round 14, despite dominating disposals and inside 50s.

The Bulldogs currently sit 15^th on the AFL ladder with a 5-8 record, but have been dangerous against some good sides this year.

Toby McLean was left out of the side that was defeated by the Magpies last weekend, but may earn a recall if the Bulldogs look to play a smaller side against the Power.

Rhylee West has been in strong form in the VFL, collecting 25 touches, six tackles and two marks against Collingwood’s VFL side.

Bailey Dale had 18 touches, four marks and a goal, while Lewis Young was solid in defence with 16 disposals, nine marks and seven rebound 50s.

Veteran defender Dale Morris looks set to return to football this weekend after rupturing his ACL in the pre-season, but it is more likely he will return through the VFL.

The Power host the Bulldogs on Saturday night at Adelaide Oval in Round 15, with the final teams to be announced on Thursday evening.
