Footy fans can still get their hands on a digital copy of the AFL Record throughout the shutdown period of the 2020 premiership season.

FOOTY fans may miss the football this winter, but they won't be starved of their beloved AFL Record.

Crocmedia has announced that despite no matches at AFL grounds until at least May 31, a free edition of the AFL Record will be available online each week.

You will be able to find the AFL Record -presented by Karcher - on AFL.com.au and the AFL Live Official App every week.

>> Here are the AFL Record Editor's notes for the week seven edition

  • In this week's edition we wind back the clock to 1966 when St Kilda won its first League premiership. A late point from the boot of Barry Breen secured the Saints' only flag by the barest possible margin and broke the hearts of Collingwood fans. The drama is recaptured through the memories of the Saints' heroes from that very special day.
  • It is 25 years since former Adelaide superstar and games record-holder Andrew McLeod made his debut. The Record interviewed him on the eve of his 300th game.
  • It has been a big week for the AFLW with Carlton's Madison Prespakis taking out the competition best and fairest award. We look at all the award winners, including the 2020 Toyota AFLW All-Australian team.
  • Don't miss the Red Energy Footy Quiz, Answer Man with our stats experts and a flashback to the great individual performances of round seven.
