The Empowering Youth program is one of 33 programs shortlisted nationwide to receive grants, which will be decided by a public vote on Medibank’s website, with the poll closing on Friday 5 December.
The Empowering Youth program encourages secondary school students make positive decisions in relation to their health, lifestyle, finances and career path.
The program is run by community staff and elite athletes from various sports, to provide the students with support and inspiration.
