Boak collected eight votes in Saturday’s loss to the Kangaroos in Hobart.
The captain collected 30 possessions, 15 of them contested, and laid five tackles as he led the midfield at Blundstone Arena.
Six of his 19 kicks sent the Power inside the 50 metre arc through the game.
Chad Wingard was also rewarded for his efforts with three votes from coaches Alan Richardson and Brad Scott.
He kept Port Adelaide in the game by kicking two goals in the second quarter while sending the team inside 50 on another three occasions.
He collected 22 possessions through the game, seven of them contested.

At the conclusion of Round 6 the Power still have three players in the AFLCA Award top seven – Hartlett and Boak are sitting on 30 votes, with Justin Westhoff close behind on 27.
