Playing just his third AFL game, Georgiades looked comfortable at the level, finishing with eleven disposals, five marks and seven score involvements.

He is averaging two goals per game this season, rating him as elite against other players in his position.

Georgiades, who was drafted from Subiaco in Western Australia, had eleven disposals and kicked two goals in his first AFL experience in Round 1 against the Gold Coast.

The 191cm high-jumping forward was the number 18 selection at the 2019 AFL draft and is the first Port Adelaide player to receive a nomination for the NAB Rising Star Award in 2020.

Georgiades’ junior club, the Wembley Downs Football Club, will receive a community awards pack on behalf of NAB.
