Steven Motlop will provide a welcome injection of pace into a Port Adelaide forward line that will again be without the services of Connor Rozee against the Cats.

IN: Mayes, Motlop

OUT: Lienert (omitted), Sutcliffe (omitted)

PORT ADELAIDE has made two changes for its Round 12 match against Geelong with Steven Motlop to return against his former side.

Motlop has been sidelined with an ankle injury since the Round 7 win over Carlton but will add valuable pace and class to the Port forward line.

Mayes comes straight back in after serving a one match suspension at the expense of Jarrod Lienert, who is unlucky to drop out after another solid showing last week against Richmond.

Cam Sutcliffe also drops out. He was a late inclusion for the Tigers game after Connor Rozee withdrew with a sore heel.

First-year defender Miles Bergman has been named among the emergencies, alongside Sutcliffe, Lienert and Joe Atley.

Port Adelaide takes on Geelong at Metricon Stadium from 7:50pm AEST / 7:20pm ACST.
