Todd Marshall has been on the sidelines since breaking his thumb against St Kilda in Round 8

PORT ADELAIDE reported no injuries out of Friday night’s game against Geelong and has forward Todd Marshall in with a chance of returning this week.

Marshall has been progressing well after having surgery to repair a broken thumb, with the 21-year-old returning to training this week in a bid to return to play against the Hawks.

Defender Ryan Burton is moving well now in training, following a quad injury in the round 7 win over Carlton, and will be pushing to return to the side over the next week.

Forward Connor Rozee’s heel injury is also tracking as planned.

The 20-year-old will return to running later in the week after spending some time off his feet to allow the injury to settle.

The club will on Friday evening name its side for the game against the Hawthorn at Adelaide Oval.

Injury list

Ryan Burton – quad (1-2 weeks)

Todd Marshall – thumb (assess)

Connor Rozee – heel (1-2 weeks)

Dylan Williams – groin (3-4 weeks)
