PORT ADELAIDE has made three changes for its Qualifying Final against Geelong, with two defensive pillars returning to the side.

Ryan Burton and Tom Clurey return to the team after stints on the sidelines with respective quad and hamstring injuries.

The pair needed to come through the captain’s run at Adelaide Oval on Wednesday to ensure their selection.

They will be joined in the team by Zak Butters, who has served a two-match suspension and is preparing to play his first final.

The unlucky trio to miss out are defenders Riley Bonner and Jarrod Lienert along with forward Boyd Woodcock.

They have been named among the emergencies along with veteran utility Justin Westhoff.

Port Adelaide takes on the Cats to kick off the 2020 Toyota AFL Finals Series at Adelaide Oval from 7:40pm AEST / 7:10pm ACST on Thursday.
