Port Adelaide star Travis Boak has won his third Showdown Medal and second in succession, claiming best on ground honours in the Power’s 49-point win over the Crows in Showdown 49.

Boak had 28 disposals, six clearances, and three tackles in a typically workmanlike performance.

He claimed eight votes from the four judges including a maximum three votes from two of the judges.

Defender Tom Clurey and ruckman Scott Lycett were also among the votes, finishing with five and four votes respectively.

Karl Amon and Crow Rory Laird each received three votes.
