Dante Visentini joined Port Adelaide after being selected with 56th pick at the 2021 AFL National Draft. Athletic and able to play in the ruck or up forward, Visentini has shown aggression and a desire to impact on a contest. Originally hailing from the Sandringham Dragons, Visentini has shown his potential as an imposing presence that’s both good in the air and on ground. The club's faith in his potential was reinforced with a contract extension keeping him at Alberton until at least the end of 2027.
Visentini made his AFL debut in 2023 and quickly impressed with his attack on the contest. Highly rated by Port Adelaide coaches and much loved by the playing group, the 22-year-old has featured a number of times at AFL level since.
In 2026, he will continue working with fellow ruck Jordon Sweet to further build his body and his skills with the hope to assume a more regular spot in the senior side.
