Picked up by Port Adelaide in the 2022 NAB AFL Draft, Tom Scully is a towering forward standing at 203cm. He was dominant for West Adelaide in the SANFL under 18 competition, booting an impressive 50 goals in just 14 games. The 18-year-old’s strong season saw him rewarded with selection in the AFL Academy team as well as two finals for West Adelaide’s reserves.
An impressive overhead mark and an accurate kick, Scully continues to improve at a quick pace. He is a prospect with attributes that could see him develop into a solid piece for Port Adelaide’s forward line. The young talent is set to benefit from training alongside fellow big men Charlie Dixon, Todd Marshall and Ollie Lord, where he’ll continue to work at his skills and build toward being AFL-ready.

The Port Adelaide Football Club acknowledges the land on which we train and play, are based on the traditional lands of the Kaurna people. We respect their spiritual relationship with their country. We also acknowledge Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people as the traditional custodians of Australia and that their cultural and heritage beliefs are still as important to the living people today.
