The Port Adelaide Football Club is seeking an energetic and passionate marketing professional to take on this critical role in our Member and Supporter Services team.
The Membership Operations Manager will be responsible for:
• Fulfilment of all member benefit programs
• Product development and supplier management
• Coordination of all game day ticketing functions across the Club
• Member communication
• Management of game day membership operations
• Management of casual Member and Support Services staff
The Port Adelaide Football Club is entering an exciting growth period on our journey to Adelaide Oval in 2014. The Member and Supporter Services team will be responsible for achieving significant growth, and the transformation of our member experience is critical to delivering on this.

Corporate Sales & Partnerships Manager
Established in 1870, the Port Adelaide Football Club (PAFC) is one of South Australia’s leading sporting organisations. It has a proud history steeped in tradition in both the AFL and SANFL competitions. An outstanding opportunity has emerged for an experienced Corporate Sales & Partnerships Manager to take control of the sales department and influence the Club as it embarks on this once in a lifetime opportunity at Adelaide Oval in 2014.
Reporting to the General Manager - Commercial and managing a dynamic and committed sales and partnerships team, the overall objective of this role is assuming complete responsibility for the revenue generation for all of the PAFC’s corporate partnerships. Along with driving revenue growth from existing partners, key responsibilities of this ‘hands on’ role include identifying, introducing and developing new business into the Club, commercialisation of the Adelaide Oval in the corporate sector and mentoring/coaching the sales team in successfully achieving results.
You will need a passion for sales from high end corporate to SME, a strong commercial focus and well developed persuasion, leadership and negotiation skills. Strong business acumen and proven results in revenue growth in the corporate arena are essential. To succeed in this role, your ability to deliver client solutions tailored to their objectives must be a strength, along with an achievement driven focus and a tenacious yet flexible personal style.
