Dan Houston has taken out the fans’ vote as best on ground against Brisbane on Saturday night.

It was a hard-fought contest at the Gabba with the Power unable to suppress a late Lions comeback, resulting in an 11-point loss.

Dan Houston, however, was influential around the ground finishing with a career-high 36 disposals and two goals.

Having been entrenched in the half-back line in previous seasons, Houston enjoyed more time on the wing and delivered impressive early form.
