PORT ADELAIDE hosts Greater Western Sydney at Adelaide Oval on Saturday night in an important fixture for both sides.

GWS is coming off the back of an eight-goal thumping of premiership fancy Collingwood at home last weekend, after having lost its previous three games.

Co-captain Phil Davis was a late withdrawal for the clash with the Magpies and will be looking to make the trip to Adelaide to face the Power.

The Giants had a clean bill of health from their 47-point win on the weekend, but they had some impressive performers in the NEAFL.

Young gun Jackson Hately collected 29 touches and nine tackles, while Nick Shipley (25 disposals) and Jye Caldwell (22) were also impressive.

Elite midfielder Josh Kelly has missed the last two games with a calf injury and looks likely to miss again.

The final teams will be announced on Thursday evening ahead of Saturday night’s clash with the Power in Round 19.
