FORWARD Charlie Dixon won’t travel with the Port Adelaide side to Hobart for Saturday’s game against North Melbourne after he suffered a quad strain.

Dixon reported tightness in his right quad after training on Thursday and a scan later revealed a minor strain.

His condition will be assessed upon the side’s return from Tasmania early next week.

A decision on Dixon’s replacement will be made prior to the match at Blundstone Arena.

Kane Farrell, Lachie Jones, Ollie Lord and Jackson Mead are the selected emergencies.
