Port Adelaide's annual best and fairest event will be held at the Adelaide Convention Centre on Monday 9 October.
Amongst the many prestigious awards handed out on the night is the John Cahill Medal, which is presented to the club's most outstanding player in the AFL.
The award is named in honour of Port Adelaide legend John Cahill, who won 14 premierships with the club as player and coach, and four best and fairest awards in his own right.
A host of SANFL awards, including the A.R. McLean Medal for the club’s best performed player in that competition, will also be handed out.
Here is your guide to the AFL awards being presented on the night.
