BRAD EBERT has closed within three votes of Ollie Wines at the top of the AFLCA vote leaderboard for Port Adelaide following the Power's big win over Hawthorn.

But Wines's solid effort in the midfield saw him maintain his lead after polling three votes from Ken Hinkley and Alastair Clarkson.

Ebert took nine votes in the AFLCA awards, along with Charlie Dixon who continued his superb recent form polling nine as well.

Matthew Broadbent took four votes for his performance across half-back, while Paddy Ryder, also continuing his strong 2017 form, took three.

Hamish Hartlett and Jarman Impey both polled a vote for their efforts.
