Power Community is proud to announce Enerven has extended its partnership, with the agreement entering its fourth year in 2026.
The renewed partnership will see Enerven continue as major partner of the Santos Aboriginal Power Cup, while also expanding its support to become a key support partner of the club’s Empowered program.
Both programs play a vital role in supporting young people across South Australia, with a strong focus on connection, education and personal development.
The Santos Aboriginal Power Cup is the club’s flagship community program, engaging hundreds of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students from across metropolitan, regional and remote communities.
Across the program, students complete curriculum-based learning with a strong emphasis on school attendance, cultural connection and personal growth, culminating in a carnival at Adelaide Oval.
The Empowered Program is designed to support young women to build confidence, resilience and leadership skills.
Through a series of workshops and mentoring opportunities, participants are provided with tools to navigate challenges, strengthen wellbeing and explore future pathways in education and employment.
Power Community Limited General Manager Jake Battifuoco said the extension and expansion of the partnership would further strengthen the club’s ability to deliver meaningful impact.
“Enerven has been a valued partner of our programs over the past three years, and we’re incredibly proud to be continuing that relationship into a fourth year,” Mr Battifuoco said.
“Their ongoing support of the Santos Aboriginal Power Cup has enabled us to expand our impact to remote communities, breaking down barriers to participation and ensuring young people stay engaged in their education.
“We’re also excited to see Enerven expand into the Empowered Program. This uplift allows us to further invest in supporting more young women, providing them with the tools they need to understand healthy relationships and foster a well-developed sense of self.”
Enerven Chief Executive Officer Richard Amato said the partnership reflects a shared commitment to creating positive outcomes in the community.
“Now in its fourth year, our partnership with the Port Adelaide Football Club and Power Community Limited is built on shared values and a genuine commitment to making a difference in the communities we serve,” Mr Amato said.
“Through Power Community Limited, we’ve seen first-hand the impact these programs have, so continuing our support was a natural next step for us.
“This partnership has helped create real opportunities for young people, particularly in regional and remote communities. The impact is practical, whether that’s building self-esteem, supporting education, or opening career pathways.
“We’re especially excited to be expanding our support into the Empowered Program, which plays an important role in supporting young women. Giving young women the chance to grow confidence, develop skills and feel supported is critical for stronger, more inclusive communities.
“It reflects our broader focus on inclusion and supporting people to reach their potential, and we’re proud to continue backing programs that deliver real outcomes.
“From grassroots engagement through to education and wellbeing programs, the impact of this partnership has been both practical and long-lasting, both on and off the field.”
