The Port Adelaide Football Club has reached another historic membership milestone, with more than 80,000 True Believers signing on in 2026.

The achievement comes at the start of the 2026 NAB AFLW season, with the club's AFLW membership surpassing 7,500 and on track to set a new club record.

Port Adelaide Football Club CEO Matthew Richardson thanked members for their unwavering support.

"To have more than 80,000 people standing with our club is an incredible achievement and one that everyone connected to Port Adelaide should be immensely proud of," Mr Richardson said.

"Our members are the heartbeat of this football club. Through every challenge and every success, they continue to show up, stand together and demonstrate what it means to be part of the Port Adelaide community.

"To think we celebrated reaching 70,000 members just two years ago, and have now surpassed 80,000, speaks volumes about the passion of our supporters and the momentum of our football club.

"To also see our AFLW membership on track for a record high ahead of the season is a fantastic reflection of the growing support behind our women's program and the belief our members have shown in its journey.

"We have an exciting period ahead across both our AFL and AFLW programs, and we can't wait to share it with our people."

The membership milestone comes at an exciting time for Port Adelaide, with new AFLW senior coach Glenn Strachan preparing to lead a talented and experienced side into Season 11.

Fans will also experience the redeveloped Alberton Oval for the first time when Port Adelaide hosts its AFLW home opener against Hawthorn in Round 2. Tickets are on sale now.

Not a member yet? There's still time to join more than 80,000 True Believers and be part of another exciting chapter in Port Adelaide's history.
