Travis Boak was voted by the fans as best afield against Geelong.

The fans have spoken and Travis Boak has been voted the Fans MG MVP for Round 12.

In an overall poor team performance, Boak individually stood out in the Power’s loss to Geelong on Friday night.

The midfielder was involved in a majority of the play, finishing the night as the Power’s leading possession getter with 24 disposals.

Boak also collected seven clearances, four tackles and 10 contested possessions.

Sam Powell-Pepper placed a very close second in the voting, with only 10 votes separating the pair.

The young midfielder was influential up forward, with six inside 50s, five score involvements, and a goal assist, while he threatened to add to the scoreboard himself but unfortunately finished with two behinds.
