Jarrod Lienert returns to Port Adelaide's backline for his fifth game of the season.

IN: Lienert, Woodcock

OUT: Clurey (injured), Farrell (omitted)

PORT ADELAIDE has made two changes for its Round 18 match against Collingwood, with Jarrod Lienert and Boyd Woodcock returning to the side.

Lienert is a direct replacement in the backline for fellow defender Tom Clurey who is recovering from a minor hamstring injury and is expected to be fit for the side’s first final in about a fortnight.

Woodcock replaces Kane Farrell in the forward line with the latter being omitted.

It will be Woodcock’s fifth game at AFL level, after his debut against the Western Bulldogs in Round 10.

Veteran Justin Westhoff has been named among the emergencies days after announcing he would be retiring at the end of the season, while first-year midfielder Jackson Mead is also an emergency for the first time.

Fellow first-year player Miles Bergman and Sam Mayes are also on the emergency list.

Port Adelaide takes on Collingwood at the Gabba in Brisbane from 7:15pm AEST / 6:45pm ACST on Monday.
