Schulzy comes off second best
Jay Schulz came off second best to a bench press last week. The big man dropped the bar on his forehead and it rolled down his face, causing some damage. Schulzy’s now feeling pretty sorry for himself, sporting a couple of bumps and bruises.

We hear a former Richmond teammate – who shall remain nameless – was spotted at the scene and perhaps should have been doing a better job of spotting for Schulzy!

Rare footage
New footage has emerged from the first Showdown of 2014...from the GoPro attached to Shaun Hart in the coaches box.

It's getting a lot of traction on the club's Instagram account.

Paddy’s mowing
Turns out Paddy Ryder’s skills extend far beyond football – he’s quite the handyman. Nathan Krakouer put his skills to good use recently. Krak invited Ryder over for dinner last week, and he ended up mowing the lawn.

Paddy might just have his post-football career sorted!

Krak’s blue steel
Thanks to Port Adelaide’s Aboriginal Programs Manager Paul Vandenburgh for this gem. Nathan Krakouer is known for being a bit of a larrikin around the club, but by the looks of things he’s pretty serious when it comes to striking a pose. Krak’s been copping it for this full-body blue steel.

We think you’ve nailed it mate. You’re a natural.

Vote for Shaw
Apparently Mason Shaw’s doppelganger has been discovered. The guys at BigFooty reckon he’s a spitting image of Pedro from Napoleon Dynamite.

What do you think? #voteforshaw

Port Adelaide bling for Meares
Port Adelaide club ambassador Anna Meares will be taking the club with her wherever she goes. The Olympic cyclist showed off these new Power-themed, custom-made earrings on her Instagram page recently. We reckon she’ll be the envy of many of the ladies around the club.
