Balyn O’Brien is a wiry dogged defender, selected in the 2026 pre-season supplemental period. Known for his athleticism and toughness, the 19-year-old featured six times for Norwood’s league side in the SANFL, including three finals. He was also part of South Australia’s under 18 championship winning side, playing every possible game.
O’Brien will look to keep developing his skills in the Port Adelaide program and work towards an AFL debut in the future.
