Ewan Mackinlay arrived at Port Adelaide after being selected with the 11th pick in the 2025 mid-season draft from North Adelaide. The 22-year-old is a speedy midfielder who is also capable of hitting the scoreboard, with his bursts of speed and agility and ability to work into space catching the eye of Port Adelaide recruiters.
Having quickly adapted to the AFL environment, Mackinlay made his debut in Port Adelaide's final game of the 2025 season - impressing with 15 disposals, four tackles and a goal in his first ever taste of AFL football. He'll continue to improve his football craft and look to feature in the club's senior side on a regular basis.
