A COUPLE of injured Port Adelaide forwards are increasing their training loads, while another is expected to be available to face St Kilda this week, in the club’s latest medical update.

Charlie Dixon and Orazio Fantasia will each continue their rehabilitation from respective ankle and knee surgeries this week.

Dixon’s running has progressed well as he targets game time before the AFL bye while Fantasia will join in on some drills at training from Tuesday as he closes in on his first game of the season.

After jarring his knee and being subbed out of the weekend’s win over West Coast, fellow forward Robbie Gray, has pulled up well and is expected to be available to face the Saints in Cairns on Saturday night.

Another forward, Dylan Williams experienced some hamstring awareness late in Sunday’s SANFL game against Sturt. His condition will be assessed further on Tuesday.

Port Adelaide will on Thursday evening name its side to take on St Kilda at Cazaly’s Stadium from 7:25pm AEST / 6:55pm ACST on Saturday.
