PORT ADELAIDE has returned from Perth without any major injury concerns following Saturday’s loss to West Coast.

Karl Amon suffered concussion following an incident in the final quarter against the Eagles. He will be assessed ahead of Saturday's Showdown. 

Paddy Ryder played his first game since Round 1 after recovering from Achilles tendonitis. 

Speaking after the game, the ruckman said he was pain-free. 

“As the game went on I felt a lot more comfortable,” Ryder said. 

“I’ve still got a bit more match fitness to get into the body and once I do that I’ll be able to play my role a lot better for the team.” 

Chad Wingard will be assessed throughout the week after injuring his left hamstring in the Power’s Round 6 win over North Melbourne at Etihad Stadium.
