IN: T Boak, C Dixon

OUT: R Bonner, R Burton, O Lord (omitted)

LAST WEEK’S SUB: J Sinn

Proficient pair Charlie Dixon and Travis Boak will return to AFL football for Friday night’s blockbuster against the Western Bulldogs.

Key forward Dixon has been rehabilitating a quad strain since Round 8, while club stalwart Boak has been recovering from a rib injury sustained in Round 10.

Both players will be welcome additions for the top-eight clash, as the Power attempts to secure a tenth consecutive win – the longest win-streak since the club entered the AFL.

The last time the two sides met was in wet and wild conditions during Gather Round, with Port Adelaide getting across the line by 14 points.

Ryan Burton, Riley Bonner and Ollie Lord have all been omitted from the side, while two-gamer Josh Sinn has been elevated from the tactical substitute to the starting 22.

Burton, Bonner, Lord and Francis Evans have been named emergencies, with those not required on Friday allowed to play in Saturday’s SANFL match against Central Districts at Alberton Oval.

The tactical substitute will be selected from among the emergencies and announced one hour before the first bounce at 7:20pm ACST / 7:50pm AEST.
