ALMOST the entire Port Adelaide playing group will feature in Friday night’s match simulation against Adelaide at Alberton Oval. 

Six players have been excluded from the 36-player squad due to injury, including forward Todd Marshall (foot) and midfielder Willem Drew (shoulder). 

Pleasingly, Aliir Allir, Trent McKenzie and Jeremy Finlayson will all return after missing last week’s internal club trial with minor niggles.  

Esava Ratugolea was removed at half time from the intraclub game with knee soreness, however the key defender has recovered well and has also been named this week.  

Quinton Narkle has been added to the club’s injury list since Wednesday’s update, with the 26-year-old managing a back complaint. 

Friday night’s match simulation will be made up of four 28-minute periods, plus an additional two periods, with the length yet to be determined.  

All players will rotate through the Port Adelaide team, with several SANFL-listed players also set to feature. 

Gates open from 4pm, with first bounce at 5pm. Entry is free (no ticket required), subject to capacity. Food and bar facilities will be available, and Alberton Oval will open up for a kick and catch post-game. 

For those at home, the game will be played live on Kayo and Fox Sports.
