Port Adelaide has announced its team for Sunday’s clash with the North Melbourne Tasmanian Kangaroos, with two players set to pull on the black, white, and teal for the first time.  

Lily Paterson and Chloe Gaunt will make their debut at Arden Street, after being taken at picks 19 and 48 respectively in the 2024 AFLW draft, joining Jasmine Sowden on the Power’s list of debutants.  

At 182cm, Gaunt is a tall forward who developed her game through the Gold Coast Suns and Brisbane Lions academies and has been named in the forward line beside experienced teammates Justine Mules-Robinson, Gemma Houghton, and Katelyn Pope.  

While Paterson, a crafty midfielder known for her clean hands and impressive game sense, has been named on the Power’s bench, alongside Ebony O’Dea, Maria Moloney, Kirsty Lamb, Jaz Stewart.  

Port Adelaide will face North Melbourne Tasmanian Kangaroos at Arden Street from 12:35pm ACST.
