CO-CAPTAIN Ollie Wines, defender Ryan Burton and forward Brad Ebert all suffered injuries in Port Adelaide’s 48-point loss to Brisbane on Sunday evening.

Wines injured his left thumb in the opening quarter - he was able to complete the game - but a subsequent x-ray shows a fracture, which will put him in doubt for this weekend’s clash with Richmond.

Burton suffered a hamstring injury chasing Lions forward Charlie Cameron in the third quarter, while Ebert had to have his left knee strapped after a knock in the opening half.

Both players will have scans on Monday afternoon, with the extent of their injuries to be determined after that.

Dan Houston was a late withdrawal from Sunday’s game against the Lions with a virus, and will be assessed at training this week.

Trent McKenzie suffered back spasms in Port Adelaide’s 30-point win over Adelaide in Port Pirie on Saturday afternoon.

He will also be assessed during the week, ahead of this weekend’s clash with Glenelg at Alberton Oval.
