Port Adelaide has made two changes ahead of Saturday’s clash against St Kilda, with Kirsty Lamb and Julia Teakle returning to the side.
Following her retirement announcement on Thursday, Lamb returns to the midfield for what could be the final game of her AFLW career in her home state of Victoria, should Port Adelaide miss finals.
The 32-year-old will hang up her boots at the end of the season, bringing a decorated career spanning the competition’s first decade to a close.
Across 91 games and 31 goals, Lamb has built a decorated career, highlighted by a premiership with the Western Bulldogs, All-Australian honours and the AFL Players Association’s Most Courageous Player award.
Lamb will play the 92nd game of her career alongside captain Justine Mules-Robinson, who announced her retirement last week and has been named in the forward line.
Teakle also returns to the side, named on the interchange alongside Cheyenne Hammond, Molly Brooksby, Piper Window and Ellie Hampson.
Fans can catch all the action live on Fox Footy and Kayo from 1pm AEDT on Saturday.
