IT'S a super Saturday of football!

Just as you can follow the ladder battle between the Power and Swans live here on Saturday afternoon.

Birthday boy Brett Eddy will have a chance to kick his own birthday present if he finishes clear of Sturt's Kory Beard on the SANFL's goal kicker tally on Saturday afternoon.

Eddy, who turned 28 today, will run out for the Magpies against the Roosters at the same time that Beard takes the field with his Double Blues against Norwood.

The Magpies' leading man currently leads the Ken Farmer Medal race on 50 goals, while Beard has 47 - it's a close battle.

The Ken Farmer Medal is decided on the basis of minor round goals, so while Port and Sturt are playing finals in 2017, the leading goal kicker race will be decided today.

Check back in this article throughout the afternoon to see where both players are tracking.

Port Adelaide's SANFL team takes on North Adelaide at Prospect Oval at 2.10pm. Sturt plays Norwood at the Parade at the same time.
