PORT Adelaide will begin renewals for 2016 memberships this week with existing members starting to receive their renewal information.

Members will receive renewal information in the post and by email over the coming weeks. Please note that not all members will receive their information on the same day.

As a result of our hotline being inundated last season (due to delays surrounding the Adelaide Oval stadium negotiation), we are looking to improve members’ phone experience by spreading out renewal information.

Members who have selected the Easy Pay automatic renewal option will have their payments deducted on 17 November 2015. All other members are invited to renew online, by phone or in person once they receive their renewal information by email or post.

In addition to the staged renewal approach, the club has implemented a range of improvements to aid in providing the best possible renewal experience in 2016 including:

  • Recruiting additional member services officers to be able to assist more members at once
  • Updating the phone hotline system to allow for higher call volumes
  • Enhancing the online renewal platform with easy to follow step-by-step instructions
  • Proving an online ‘seat change request’ submission process for reserved seat and Essential Power members looking to make changes
