IN THE second episode of Timmy G's Tyrepower Time Machine, Tim Ginever sits down with former Port Adelaide fitness coach and runner David Arnfield.

Arnfield made his name at Port Adelaide as a hard-nosed fitness guru who's relentless training programs helped spur the club to success, while also relishing the role as runner which allowed his cheeky character to come out on the football field.

Ginever and 'Arnie' cover a range of topics, including the consequences Arnfield faced for pushing the playing group so hard on the track, his role of pest on the field, that moment with Graham Cornes post-1990 Grand Final and the joys of club's first AFL premiership.

Stay tuned to portadelaidefc.com.au over the coming weeks for further episodes with other Port Adelaide legends as Timmy G's Tyrepower Time Machine reveals more untold stories of the legends and characters of the club.
