PORT ADELAIDE Next Generation Academy talent Shineah Goody has been named the SANFLW’s Round 10 Powerade Breakthrough Player.

Playing for Woodville-West Torrens, the 15-year-old collected 17 disposals, four marks and three tackles as the Eagles suffered a disappointing loss to Glenelg.

From Edithburgh on Yorke Peninsula, Goody debuted in Round 1 and was named the SANFLW Player of the Week in Round 3.

The Henley Sharks midfielder is the second Port Adelaide NGA player to receive the Breakthrough Player nod this season, with West Adelaide utility Lauren Young also receiving the honour after her Round 1 debut.
