Crafty small forward Tom Anastasopoulos joined Port Adelaide with pick 48 in the 2023 AFL National Draft. The 21-year-old is speedy with good endurance, bringing intensity and tackling pressure inside 50.
His 2024 and 2025 performances in the SANFL have shown what the small forward is capable of when he is able to find consistency. His solid form was rewarded with a debut in 2026, where he went on to play five games on the season.
Anastasopoulos was not offered a contract ahead of the 2027 season, closing out his time in the black, white and teal.

Port Adelaide has welcomed three new faces to the club through the National Draft.
The Port Adelaide Football Club acknowledges the land on which we train and play, are based on the traditional lands of the Kaurna people. We respect their spiritual relationship with their country. We also acknowledge Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people as the traditional custodians of Australia and that their cultural and heritage beliefs are still as important to the living people today.
