YOUNG livewire Connor Rozee has claimed the Fans’ MG MVP for his side’s two-point win over the Suns, in what was one of the best games of the AFL season.

Despite a relatively quiet first half, Rozee erupted in the final two terms to finish the match with 24 disposals, 11 contested possessions and two important goals.

His majors were scored within a minute of one another and played a huge role in wrestling back momentum in a crucial period in the third quarter.

The silky midfielder/forward also proved very valuable in the dying moments of the game, bringing a high level of composure that included a strong contested mark to slow down play in the final minute.

Runner-up in the vote was Todd Marshall who continued his career-best season with four goals – the most of anyone in the match.

The young forward kicked an impressive four goals straight, reinforcing his status as one of the league’s most accurate sharpshooters.

With his Round 15 votes Marshall moves into equal-second in the fan vote, tied with Travis Boak.

Rounding out the votes this week were Sam Powell-Pepper (3rd), Lachie Jones (4th) and Charlie Dixon (5th).

Port Adelaide now turns its attention to tackling an in-form Fremantle outfit in Perth.
