CONNOR ROZEE has put another stellar performance on the board in 2023, taking out Round 17's MG MVP fan vote.

The silky midfielder recorded a team-high 28 disposals, complemented by two goals and 635 metres gained.

His night will be best remembered for his Goal of the Year contender - a mesmerising dribbler from the tightest of angles.

His productive outing also saw him collect a perfect ten in the coaches' votes and continues his push for a second All-Australian jacket. 

He holds second place on the MG MVP Leaderboard behind fellow young gun Zak Butters.

Coming in second place in the Round 17 voting was reliable defender Aliir Aliir. 

Aliir's read on the ball and explosive defensive prowess was on full display, proving particularly important when the valiant Suns were throwing everything at Port Adelaide in the first half.

He finished with an equal team-high seven marks and eight intercept possessions.

Rounding out the votes this week was Zak Butters (22 disposals and five clearances), Charlie Dixon (five marks and a goal) and Sam Powell-Pepper (five score involvements).

Port Adelaide now prepares to face an in-form Carlton outfit at Marvel Stadium, aiming for a fourteenth consecutive win.
