Arnell welcomes baby girl

Welcome to the Port Adelaide family, Marlie.

PORT ADELAIDE senior coach Lauren Arnell and wife Lexi Edwards have welcomed a healthy baby girl.

Marlie Margaret Edwards was born on Thursday, 4 January at 9:06am, weighing 3.34 kilograms.

Back in November, the pair were married in a surprise low-key ceremony, with just their two best friends in attendance as witnesses.

Assistant coach Sam Virgo is taking on higher duties in the AFLW program until Arnell returns from parental leave, prior to the 2024 season.
