PORT ADELAIDE midfielder Kirsty Lamb is recovering well following a concussion and could be available to play in next week’s game against Collingwood.
Lamb reported concussion symptoms following the mid-week match against Richmond in Week 5 and missed Sunday’s win over Carlton.
She won’t make the trip to Perth to face West Coast on Saturday as she progresses through the concussion protocols, but the club is optimistic she will be available to face the Magpies in the AFLW’s Pride Round.
Captain Janelle Cuthbertson is now three-weeks post knee surgery and has commenced her rehabilitation at the club.
There were no other injury concerns to emerge from Sunday’s 35-point win over the Blues.
Port Adelaide will on Thursday evening name its side to face the Eagles at Mineral Resources Park on Saturday evening.
That game gets underway at 3:05pm AWST / 4:35pm ACST.
If you can’t get to Perth to watch the game, it will be broadcast live on 7Mate, Fox Footy and Kayo.
