Good news Port Adelaide fans… Onward to Victory, the documentary which showcases the incredible history of the club is now available to watch through the club’s official app.

Onward to Victory premiered on Channel Seven Adelaide in March, after Port Adelaide opened its 150th anniversary season against Gold Coast.

It has since been repeated on Channel 7 and on Fox Sports, but if you missed it, or you just want to take it in again, you can now do so through your smart phone or similar device.

The documentary takes viewers through the remarkable journey of Australia’s most successful football club. Onward to Victory explores the on-field highs as well as the off-field lows, including stories of tragedy as well as tales of hardship and ultimate sacrifice.

The documentary, produced in partnership with Adelaide film company 57 Films, interviewed more than 30 former and current champions of the game about their experience playing for or against Port Adelaide.

Among those interviewed were club champions Russell Ebert, John Cahill and Geof Motley, VFL/AFL legends Kevin Sheedy, David Parkin and Malcolm Blight, along with media luminaries such as Mike Sheahan and Bruce McAvaney.
