OUT: K Farrell 6 (injured), T Anastasopoulos 29, J Watkins 37 (omitted)
Port Adelaide has made three changes ahead of the trip west to take on the Eagles on Saturday evening.
Jackson Mead and Tom Cochrane have been recalled to the AFL side, while Lachie Jones returns from a week off while in concussion protocols.
Mead collected 37 disposals and a goal in his most recent SANFL outing, with the 24-year-old set to play his third game at the top level this year.
Exciting forward Cochrane will feature for the first time at AFL level after sustaining a hamstring injury during pre-season.
The second-year player played three AFL games in 2025, and kicked five goals on his return to state-league footy just a few weeks ago.
Jack Watkins and Tom Anastasopoulos have been omitted, while Kane Farrell was unable to get through training on Wednesday with a groin issue.
The last time the two clubs met was in Round 3 at Adelaide Oval, with the visitors securing a two-point win.
Saturday’s game will begin at 7:45pm Adelaide time, and the match will be broadcast live to SA on Channel 7, Fox Footy and Kayo.
