The shoulder injury was expected to see Cornes sidelined for between one and three weeks, but instead the determined midfielder will line up for his 135th consecutive match, a streak dating back to Round 17, 2003. Steven Salopek, who suffered a sublaxation of his shoulder, wasn't so lucky, and will miss the Round 8 clash.
Hamish Hartlett has been declared fit to play following his hamstring tightness and has been named on an extended interchange. Hartlett leads four inclusions into the squad of 25, with Marlon Motlop, Toby Thurstans and Matt Westhoff also named.
