PORT Adelaide could be boosted by the return of key forward Jay Schulz, who is recovering from an eye injury.
Schulz, who has booted 11 goals in 2012, suffered a scratched cornea against Adelaide and will face a fitness test later in the week to prove his fitness.
But skipper Dom Cassisi said he expected Schulz to return against the Kangaroos.
"We're hopeful he'll play and we know how important he is to our structure," Cassisi said.

Chad Wingard is another in line to return, with the rookie forward battling a shoulder injury to be fit to play against North Melbourne in the AFL's Indigenous Round.
Meanwhile, Aaron Young will test his injured left ankle at training on Wednesday after copping a knock in the final quarter against the Dockers.
Young had 11 touches and two tackles playing across the half-forward line and has impressed in his three games since debuting in the Showdown.
